Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to the bookkeeping and financial management application (the "App") developed by LedgerLabs (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms" or "EULA") carefully before using the App. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.

2. Description of Services

The App provides bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financial management tools. We offer both free and premium features. Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscription plans as described below.

4. Payment & Auto-Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at any time.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their support channels. We do not have the ability to process refunds. For more information, visit Apple's refund policy.

7. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree to the following:

• You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose or activity;
• You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the App's functionality or security;
• You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App;
• You will not use automated systems or tools to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software code, and design — are the exclusive property of LedgerLabs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. User Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LedgerLabs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LedgerLabs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published within the App, and the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
